Exchange and Return Policy
At Muirra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with eligible returns or exchanges under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories are included
- The product shows no signs of damage, wear, stains, or misuse
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Color or model exchange (subject to stock availability)
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale / discounted clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), Muirra will cover return shipping costs.
- For customer preference returns or exchanges, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
8. International Orders
For orders outside Morocco:
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may vary by destination
- Delivery fees may not be refundable
9. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
